Our website already partially meets the requirements of conformance level AA of WCAG 2.2 as well as the European Standard EN 301 549. Full accessibility has not yet been achieved due to some exceptions and technical limitations.

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

  • We regularly review the accessibility of our website to address existing deficiencies and ensure the most accessible use possible. We place great importance on making continuous improvements and implementing necessary adjustments promptly to guarantee barrier-free usage.

Some content on our website is not subject to the legal accessibility requirements:

  • External content: Our website contains content from third-party providers (Casablanca Hotel Software) that is neither created nor controlled by us. We cannot make any statement on the accessibility of this content. This applies to the inquiry manager, the room overview, and the booking process.
  • Older documents and content: Our website contains older documents and content that are not accessible. Since they were published before 28 June 2025, they are exempt from the Accessibility Act, and no comprehensive modification is currently planned.
