Our mountain village looks back on a long history. Even the ancient Romans used the town as a rest stop on their way across the Alps. Ladis lies on the famous "Via Claudia Augusta", the first transalpine route between Italy and Germany. Later, the healing springs of Obladis attracted nobles and emperors.
