Welcome to the Apart Luneta! So that your holiday starts as relaxed as possible, we have put together all the important information for you here - from the deposit to our cancellation conditions.
Deposit
In order to secure your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the price of the booked stay. Please note that any expenses will be borne by the client. Simply transfer the amount to the following account:

Please note: We do not accept EC or credit cards.
Check-in/check-out
Check-in: You can move into your holiday apartment from 3pm.
Check-out: Please vacate the apartment by 9am at the latest on the day of departure.
Luneta CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you are not able to travel, the following regulations apply:
- Up to 12 weeks before the start of your holiday: Refund of the deposit, minus a processing fee of 30%.
- From 12 weeks up to 1 week before the start of your holiday: 80 % of the total amount will be charged.
- Within 1 week before the start of the holiday, in the event of late arrival or early departure: The total price of the stay will be charged.
Travel cancellation insurance
To ensure that you are covered in the event of an emergency, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. You can find the right insurance on the Europäische Reiseversicherung website: www.europaeische.at
